Michael Flatley, the Riverdance founder and star, is making a comeback after a nine year absence from the stage.
Born on 16 July 1958 11.55pm Chicago, IL, USA he's certainly got a performer's chart. He was always described as a supreme egotist and flamboyant showman which his chart certainly reflects.
He has an enthusiastic 1st house Jupiter in Libra in an adventurous opposition to a dynamic Mars in Aries which both square onto a 10th house New Moon in Cancer. Sun in the 10th needs a public career as does Moon in the 10th - and he's got both, quadruply emphasised and boosted by that hyper-charged Jupiter Mars opposition. He's not well designed for life in retirement on the back seat.
He's also got a wide-ish entrepreneurial Fire Grand Trine of Mercury in Leo trine Saturn in Sagittarius trine Mars; formed into an even more talented Kite by a Saturn opposition Venus in Gemini. So Venus is the leading planet of all that fiery energy. Venus in Gemini is light hearted, a social butterfly, often around in the pop music business. And as if that wasn't enough he's got a ruthlessly determined Mars trine Pluto.

He had an odd major illness landing him in hospital for a spell just after his marriage in 2006 which he insists a faith healer cured. That was when tr Uranus was opposition his Solar Arc Sun Moon and shaking his entire Jupiter Mars Sun Moon T square. Tr Saturn was also conjunct his Solar Arc Midheaven and tr Pluto aiming to trine his Mars - slowing him down considerably.

He has already got into the punishing training schedule for his comeback in Europe but whether he'll be able to keep up the pressure is doubtful. He has tr Saturn heading below his Libra Ascendant come this autumn which is generally a time when overwork isn't a good idea or possible as energy levels fall. Plus he has tr Neptune conjunct his Solar Arc Midheaven in 2011/12 which is not a success significator. His Solar Arc Pluto will conjunct his Jupiter by 2012 which could bring financial success and confidence; but since it will also square his Moon Sun and pull in the opposition to his Mars - it could also stop him from performing.
