Thanks for the birth date on Raoul Moat, the latest UK gunman to run amok, which looks just about right. 1 January 1973, Newcastle, England.
This made him a Sun, North Node, Jupiter in Capricorn with his Sun in a controlling square to Pluto in Libra and his Jupiter in an impulsive square to Uranus. So he was earthy, ambitious, needing to stay in control, yet wanting freedom as well. Interesting that he was never told who his father was which clearly bothered him greatly - the Capricorn North Node is the search for a father figure. Plus a Sun square Pluto in this case = absent father.
He also had a Mars Neptune conjunction perhaps conjunct a Sag Moon with Venus Mercury also in Sag. His Moon if conjunct Mars is a frustrated angry childhood and relationship to mother/mother figures (Moon Mars) who are evasive and inaccessible (Moon Neptune). His mother did have mental health problems. His Venus opposed Saturn so emotional coldness also in childhood.
With a 9.30 am birth time it would put a chilly-childhood Saturn in 4th; and a trapped Pluto and disruptive Uranus in the 8th (he was partly brought up by grandparents) plus a bossy Mars in the 10th.
This year when he finally erupted in a vengeful shooting spree his Solar Arc Uranus was approaching the conjunction to his Mars which is explosive. And his Solar Arc Mars was approaching the conjunction to his Sun. Solar Arcs build in effect in the months before. So he did look like a powder keg. Tr Pluto has also been squaring his Pluto attempting to pull him away from the past.
