Rory McIlroy, the young Northern Ireland golfer was in the overnight lead at St Andrews though has slid back somewhat in today's play. He has a reputation for being erratic and fairly gung ho. Born on 4 May 1989 he's a Sun Taurus in a close opposition to Pluto in Scorpio so there's no doubting his relentless determination. But his Sun also trines that highly strung Uranus Neptune Saturn conjunction in Capricorn; with an emotionally volatile Mars in Cancer opposition Uranus as well - so he will struggle at times to stay on an even keel.
At the moment he has the tr Jupiter square tr Pluto in hard aspect to his Mars - forming a T square which could go either way - either overstepping the mark and finding himself on the back foot or powering ahead. He's definitely got a high energy if somewhat erratic time ahead with his Solar Arc Jupiter conjunct his Mars by late 2011/12.
