Barack Obama's poll ratings are sliding and there are dire murmurings being made about the Nov Mid Term Elections. There are no great indications on either his own chart or the First Term Admin chart about a meltdown. The Administration chart (20 Jan 2009 12.05 pm) has tr Uranus sextile the Midheaven in November which is usually a positive change of direction or a new opening. There's also a relatively stuck though minor tr Pluto conj SArc Pluto which is trapped but nothing new. On Obama's own chart he does have tr Saturn sextile his Sun as results are announced which is steady. He admittedly also has a tr Saturn at the same time conjunct his Solar Arc Uranus which may rein in some of his reforming tendencies. A week is a long time in politics and there are three and a half months before this all comes down - so maybe more water flowing under the bridge by then which lessens the pressure on him.
