Former media mogul Conrad Black could walk out of US prison today, two years into the six and a half year sentence he received for fraud and obstruction of justice. He could be freed on bail pending his appeal which may clear him of the charges since the law has been changed since his conviction. Though he'll still face major financial costs, perhaps a hefty tax bill and have to foot all future litigation for the libel suits he says he intends to issue.
