The 18 deaths at the German Love and Peace rally may well fit in with the Cardinal build up into early August. The German chart has Mars at 0 degrees Libra square Saturn at 1 degrees Capricorn (and Sun at 10 degrees Capricorn). So at the moment tr Saturn is conjunct the Germany Mars with tr Uranus in opposition - which is an explosive, accident-prone combination. With tr Pluto hovering around in the background adding a destructive boost to the mix.
