Dr Crippen was probably one of the most famous of murderers, who killed his wife, dismembered her, dissolved some of her remains in the bath and fled to the USA. He was apprehended and ultimately hanged. New evidence purports to show he might have been innocent. Born on 11 September 1862 in Michigan he was a Sun Saturn in Virgo with his Sun in a controlling trine to Pluto and an impulsive square to Uranus. His Uranus was sextile an assertive Mars in Aries. When his wife Cora disappeared on 31 Jan 1910 tr Saturn was exactly conjunct his Mars which seems a clear enough indication of at least a nasty accident. Tr Neptune was also within a degree of squaring his Mars suggesting panic in the aftermath. And tr Pluto was just passed the square to his Saturn suggesting a very heavy period just before they parted company. One theory is that he may have accidentally overdosed her on a Victorian play drug and then tried to dispose of the evidence. But I'd put my money on his guilt.
