Sylvio Berlusconi's Italian Government is in trouble as his main coalition ally backs out. It has led to talk of his reign in power not surviving until the 2013 elections.
Which could well be true since his Government chart (8 May 2008) has tr Saturn and tr Uranus both square the Govt Pluto - which is usually a sign of a major upheaval. Tr Uranus returns to do the same next spring. He's certainly looking highly insecure from mid August onwards
His own personal chart has a 5 degree Libra Sun as well which will be damped down by tr Saturn in September. He'll probably try to brass-neck it out as he so often as done before since he's got a confident tr Pluto sextile Solar Arc Jupiter from mid Aug to Oct. But then tr Pluto returns to square his Libra Sun across the New Year and thro' 2011 with the tr Uranus opposition picking up by 2012. He's never going to survive all of that at the top.
