For August

Although the Sun is in the deepest, most confidential area of your chart for three weeks making you more intense than usual, nothing will really hold you back. You'll be firing on all cylinders, laying down the law and expecting others to dance to your tune. OK so you'll have to compromise over financial matters since you won't get it all your own way. But that apart you'll be the one taking the lead and make it happen. A loved one or family member may be taking your good nature too much for granted and push across the line early on but you won't be fooled for a moment. Then from the 7th your social status will rise so invitations will come in unexpectedly to allow you to sparkle in the spotlight putting on quite a performance. Your everyday schedule will speed up dramatically from mid month onwards with Uranus back in Pisces so you'll need to streamline your efficiency and keep on top of detail even through a confusing couple of days around the 21st. From the 23rd the earthy Virgo Sun will fill you with renewed enthusiasm as more adventure beckons. You'll decide to get a grip and broaden your horizons.

Overview 

You'll know you are at a crossroads in 2010 with major decisions to be taken about the path ahead and the company you want to be keeping. You'll be more independent in the first half year, not relying on others to make up your mind. Then after mid year you'll want to share and relate more effectively so will be prepared to adjust your approach. There will be upheavals at home towards mid year which will allow you to see there's a different way ahead domestically and emotionally which will give you more freedom. Your everyday schedule will be enthusiastic, filled with new opportunities so you'll not be bored.

Romance 

You'll be charming and persuasive as the year opens though not overly concerned with whether you are too involved in close relationships or not. You'll know it is up to you to forge your own path and create the kind of lifestyle you need for yourself. Behind the scenes you'll be aggravated by the stubbornness of certain of those close. In late March there'll be tricky dilemmas at home which will need a cool head and your utter determination to sort them out. More fun and flirtations come towards May. But from June you'll be off onto a completely new tack, throwing the old ways aside and aiming for freedom, adventure and excitement in your home and family life. Until September you'll be happy to socialise and relax in your own intimate surroundings despite the changes ongoing. But you'll need to alter the way you share, care and relate, becoming less self sufficient and more adaptable if you want one close relationship to prosper. The final four months will be filled with affectionate friends and no shortage of good company.

Money 

You've been both lucky and slightly vague about money recently. While some of that mood may continue through this year you'll also smarten up with Saturn at your midheaven, which brings a greater sense of responsibility. It also brings the knowledge that rewards come through careful preparation and patience. So you won't be aiming for quick fixes or get rich quick schemes. You recognise that times are tough out in the universe and that no one will escape some pressures including yourself. February could see some muddles around money either through carelessness or because you get taken in by someone who is not realistic or reliable. Joint finances will be a bone of contention through till early June so you'll need to be firm but flexible in negotiating fairer agreements. There's no sense in getting furious since that won't work. Late July into August will bring you good luck especially around family money though you'll need to keep your wits about you.

Work 

This is when you prove your mettle since Saturn at your midheaven is all about discipline, persistence and being conscientious. Your symbol is the mountain goat, climbing steadily upwards, so you need to pin your eye on your ultimate goal but reckon it'll take time to achieve it. Luckily your everyday schedule and relationships at work will be friendly, enthusiastic and open minded. It'll be as if you've taken blinkers off and now see there are broader horizons ahead of you. Your change of attitude will make all the difference. February will be fun, lively with unexpected offers coming your way. Late March will be less entertaining with obstacles in your path which will need absolute determination to overcome. Your peak in the year comes from August to late October as you'll power ahead ambitiously, sweeping obstacles to one side. Nothing will be allowed to stand in your charm as you alternately charm and push to get your own way and the respect you know you deserve.

Health 

In good spirits you'll find that your vitality mirrors your mood so you'll stay on fairly top form throughout the year. OK so you'll pack too much in to a frantically busy schedule and may overstretch yourself at times. But you'll bounce back quickly. Although you may tense up more than is helpful in the first six months you can work round that by doing more bending and stretching exercises. Late May into June will be your time to really get cracking with new fitness regimes. Stresses will ease after mid year with more support from those close to ease your burden. Watch July for being marginally accident prone. Your wind down time comes from late October till late December when you really need to step back to let others take the strain.
