Looking after yourself fitness-wise is clearly vital and you'll become more knowledgeable about dos and don'ts are concerned. Excess of any kind will result in your body complaining whether from over work or over indulgence. More love and affection will come from that special someone after the 8th or at the least you'll be in demand socially, so it won't be all slog. Try to avoid worrying unnecessarily about what you can't do anything about mid month. Not everything will work to plan and certain projects will take an inordinate amount of sweat. The Sagittarius Sun is one of transformation for you which means digging deeper for answers to more fundamental matters, compromising where you can, and leaving some of the past behind. You will find marginally uncomfortable emotions surfacing but at least if you know what they are you can clear them out of the way once and for while. If old resentments come up from the past then sort them out of your mind and let them go. Try not to be too impulsive towards the 14th, jumping into saying or doing something rash before you've thought through the likely end result. There will be tricky and heated moments at home but there'll also be high spots mid month at work or in your community activities when you sense your talents are being recognised. You'll be caught up in a wonderful idea towards the 21st but your judgement may be marginally over optimistic. Then the Capricorn Sun from the 21st will open your eyes to new possibilities. Overview 

With Jupiter at your midheaven through 2009 your popularity will soar at work as well as elsewhere so you'll be appreciated. Success in certain areas will come more easily than you expect. Though you'll need to be wary of over confidence. You should feel less trapped in general though there'll be heavy demands on your time and energy later. A year to aim high but keep your feet on the ground.

Romance 

Although you'll feel appreciated and admired it isn't going to be a hot spot year for romance or indeed parties since they'll be lower on your priority list. Loved ones will continue to be a responsibility which at times will put a damper on your socialising and exuberance. But you are learning valuable lessons about handling your love life. Just remember you'll get back what you put in so even if it feels like an effort be persevering. Pamper yourself in the first few months if no one else is. Then you'll be charming, flirting and enjoying yourself from June onwards with plenty of admirers around offering compliments and invitations. From October you'll need to honestly face up to whatever tensions there are at home. Be cool but be direct about what is really bothering you. Luckily November looks affectionate, definitely a warming time romantically and socially.

Money 

With Pluto moving out of Capricorn after a stay of many years you should feel less weighed down by old obligations and in a better position to make your own decisions. It is still not a time to gamble or take risks financially so anything speculative should be avoided given the erratic state of the universe.
