If you reach an impasse mid month since one close partner is not in agreement, try to see if there isn't a more ingenious way out of a stalemate situation. In the final days you'll be settling down to a more workaday schedule with plenty of demands on your time and energy. When you are putting out a good deal of energy you do need to boost your stamina however you can so reviewing your diet, exercise and relaxation routines will be important in a taxing three weeks. You won't always feel you are getting all the recognition you deserve but you can always pat yourself on the back. There will be rewards in terms of money towards mid month so that will lift your spirits and make you reckon it has been a worthwhile effort. There will be some fun around the chores, perhaps even a hint of a flirtation at work. With loved ones at home you'll want to sort out better agreements so everyone knows what is expected of them. In the final ten days it may feel rather sticky. You will want more encouragement but not the strings that certain close relationships are attaching to their support. You'll find that keeping the peace at home and creating a warm atmosphere takes a considerable amount of persistence. There will be affection coming your way but perhaps also some criticism. Overview 

There'll be good news in the form of improving finances in 2009 as long as you don't go too wild. And there'll be positive subtle changes which shift your life on into a better place emotionally as well. You should find work less of an uphill struggle though certain close partnerships will be challenging since you'll be more intense, keen to keep the upper hand. Towards the year end you'll be reorganising at home.

Romance 

The good relationships in your life will deepen and draw closer though you'll find emotions surfacing which you have never experienced before. Pluto tends to bring possessiveness and jealousy as well as great passion. But problems may come up with less secure relationships where you'll both be fighting for control, wanting the last word. If you push arguments or differences you'll find it ends in bitterness. Try to lighten up. Luckily Venus in Aries from February to June means your social status will soar so you'll be invited out to the best places, put on a sparkling performance and use charm to promote yourself. Gradually through the year you'll find you open up to intimacy in certain partnerships in a way that has never been possible before. After your birthday you will want more elbow room and independence for a while as you sort out a few major decisions for yourself.

Money 

On the whole the influences will be good for you with one exception. Jupiter in Aquarius all year will bring bonuses, unexpected gifts of cash which will come in with less effort than you might have imagined. But you will have to take the initiative over joint finances from January onwards which is money you handle with emotional partners or at work or with financial institutions. No sense in relaying on luck. Make the effort to get a grip and it'll work much better. You've been labouring recently under huge tensions and challenges at work with there being constant wrangles, great effort and not much reward. Two planets shift this year in a way that will benefit your situation. From the start Pluto in Capricorn is going to lift a certain amount of the back breaking burden from your shoulders and make progress easier. OK so there will be intense encounter with certain colleagues you work closely with, but generally it should be easier. Your charming approach will also work wonders in the first half year, as you whisper compliments in the ears of all the right people which will smooth your path to promotion upwards and onwards. In the final months you also get rid of that nagging sense that certain work mates are cold shouldering you which has been around for a couple of years. You'll feel you are making quite a step forward by October.

Health 

With a fair amount of weight being lifted off your shoulders you should find your energy levels rise this year. OK so there will still be a few tensions and sudden upheavals which may put your nerves on edge but in general there'll be less drain on your stamina. What may communicate itself to your body however are the fairly important emotional changes going on this year. Since you are a highly sensitive water sign you tend to react to your feelings more than most and that can result in slight stomach upsets. So aiming for a soothing, easily digested diet and not too much excess of any variety will help. Certainly give yourself a real break in May/June and don't try to swim against the tide in July/August.
