He has an 8th house Cancer Sun so is passionate, secretive, patriotic. His Sun falls on his Saturn/Pluto midpoint suggesting a life of deprivation and hardship; and on his Uranus/NNode midpoint hinting at revolutionary leanings. An 11th house Scorpio Moon adds to his intensity and gives him the ability to endure hurt without being provoked into reaction. Friends would always be his comfort. A fair minded ambitious Mars in Libra in the 10th gave him ambitious drive; squaring onto a 7th house Pluto it would attract him to high risk, dangerous situations and at times bring out a ruthless side to his personality. Pluto is also conjunct Jupiter in the 7th and sextile his Virgo midheaven so he has tremendous persuasive power and the ability to inspire others which helped lift him to prominence. Mercury and Saturn in Leo in the 9th helped him to gain an extensive education. Uranus in the 3rd makes him sharp witted and an inspired thinker. The Moon is square Uranus and falls exactly on the midpoint of Saturn and Uranus hinting at a life of strong emotional tensions and separation from the female sex.
His Neptune in the 8th is unaspected but resonated very much to the events of his life – and it does fall on the midpoint of Pluto and midheaven which Ebertin describes either as ‘ a mystic vision’ or ‘grave disappointments in life’. It would give him a psychic leaning. The Moon’s North Node on the Sagittarius ascendant made it difficult for him to know what image to project of himself or indeed to understand how others saw him.
What is intriguing astrologically is how the main events of his life were cued up by Solar Eclipses. He was first imprisoned on 5th August 1962 only days after a Leo Eclipse was in close conjunction to his 8th house Neptune. He was released on 11 February 1990 a few days after an Aquarius Solar Eclipse in close opposition to his Neptune. Eclipses aspecting Neptune tend to bring either panic or mystical/spiritual understanding. And the July 1990 Solar Eclipse was conjunct his Sun (= a crossroad in life is approaching). When his 5 year prison sentence was extended to life in 1964 it was two days after a Gemini Solar Eclipse conjunct his Venus (= painful crisis). The January Eclipse of 1964 was in Capricorn in opposition to his Sun (= need to find an alternative approach to problems). When he became President on 10th May 1994 there was a Taurus Solar Eclipse that day in his 5th house exactly in opposition to his Moon (= very emotional, connected to the masses).
His transits and progressions are also spot on. When he was first imprisoned in 1962 transitting Pluto was conjunct his midheaven indicating a fall from grace and change of direction and was also conjunct his Secondary Progressed Sun then on his midheaven. It was also in opposition to his Tertiary progressed Sun then entering his 4th so he’d feel trapped in every direction. His Tertiary progressed venus was also in opposition to his Neptune (= emotional disappointments). Transitting Saturn was just on the cusp of his 3rd house (= time of isolation ahead). With a life sentence verdict in 1964 Saturn was on the cusp of his 4th (= difficult living conditions, emotional separation) and was opposition transitting Uranus which was on his midheaven ( = jolting changes and radical changes of life’s direction). His Tertiary Progressions in June 1964 formed an exact (to the degree) opposition of Prog. Moon to Prog. Mars square Prog. Jupiter Neptune (= angry, undermined, spaced out, hopes dashed). His Tertiary Progressed Saturn was also exactly conjunct his midheaven opposition Tert. Prog. Venus (and Uranus) (= setbacks, emotional separations).
When he was released in 1990 transitting Jupiter was conjunct his 7th house Jupiter suggesting elation and a new cycle beginning. Though with transitting Pluto approaching a square to his Moon and Saturn approaching an opposition to his Sun there were also hints of a difficult transition ahead and emotional upheavals at home. In 1990 his Tertiary progressions formed a T square of Prog. Jupiter opposition Prog. Sun (Uranus) square Prog. Moon (= relief, joy, emotional release). His Tertiary Progressed Venus was exactly square his natal Sun (= popularity, friendliness, affection) and his Tertiary Progressed Mars was exactly opposite his Mars ( = energy).
When he became President in 1994 transitting Pluto was trine his Sun (= in control); Jupiter sextile his midheaven (= success) and Uranus Neptune were opposition his Sun (= amazing changes, some confusion, pulling away from the past). His Secondary progressed Moon was conjunct on his midheaven, as was his Tertiary Progressed Jupiter, with his Tertiary progressed Sun trine his midheaven.
For Harmonic fans his 7th Harmonic has an extraordinarily exact fixed T square of Uranus opposition Pluto (= revolutionary) square Venus – all at 8 degrees thus aspecting his natal mystical Neptune – with Venus opposition the Moon’s North Node forming a fixed Grand Square. The 7H chart shows how an individual lives out his inspiration usually creatively in his life. Some men paint and others paint on a broader canvas by living their vision. His 4th Harmonic showing how he coped with difficulties also has a Fixed Grand Square of Mars opposition Uranus (= revolutionary) square Neptune (= fanatical and mystical) opposition NNode (= fitting into the zeitgeist). And the 4H also has MC trine Neptune trine Pluto again supporting the idea that he had a vision for his life. His 9H also have Neptune and Pluto aspecting the midheaven with Pluto opposition MC square Neptune. The 9H is usually regarded as the ideal to be realized in life.

What''s interesting is that the 9th Harmonic especially shows up the transits to his major life events even more clearly than his natal chart. When he was given life imprisonment in June 1964 on his natal chart it shows up as transitting Neptune square natal Saturn exactly which makes sense especially as Saturn squares his Moon - so confusion, more separation from comfort, female company etc.
But on his 9H it shows up as transitting Neptune at 15 Scorpio forming a fixed T square exactly to the exact 9H Sun opposition 9H Saturn (and Pluto). Which somehow feels more resonant of the magnitude of the event.
Then when he was released in Feb 1990 transitting Pluto at 17 Scorpio was almost on the same place, exactly square the midpoint of 9H Saturn/Pluto and again forming a T square to 9H Sun opp Sat Pl. Again it''s more spot on than the transits to his natal chart.
When he became President in May 1994 the Solar Eclipse at 19 Taurus was exactly square that 9H Pluto (conj 9H Sat opp 9H Sun). And the transitting Neptune Uranus conjunction had Neptune on the exact degree of the 9H Mars Venus square (conj 9H Mars square 9H Nep). Again that has more exact aspects than to his natal chart.
